I have designed this journal as a way to help promote healing through positivity, gratitude and affirmations. We are all on our own healing path as we walk through our lives. Each one of our journey's are unique in some ways and similar in other ways. Healing can be a hard process and I am here to tell you that you are not alone. Through my own journey these are some of the things I focused on daily to help move through the pain.
There is no time frame for healing. We are all unique and get to take as much time as we need to. The important thing is that you are starting this process simply by expressing interest in this book!
I prefer to call healing a journey, as we often find we are not the same as we once were when we come out the other side. Unfortunately there is no way around the healing path other than through it. So cry if you want to, swear if it will help, but don't ever stop believing in yourself and your ability to make it through.
During our journey through healing we learn new things, find out exactly how strong we are, create boundaries in our lives that maybe were not there previously, and best of all meet new people who are meant to help us along the way. Whatever it is that you need to heal from, know that you can and will get through this. You may ask how it is that I know this, and I can confidently say that you have made it through absolutely every bad, terrible day you have ever experienced so you most definitely can do this. You are so strong and have learnt so much. You are now able to bring in peace and comfort and expand that on a daily basis until it fills your whole being.
